The following conditions apply:
Eligibility for VIP Score Guarantee
To qualify for the VIP Score Guarantee (100% Refund of Enrollment Fee + We Pay for your next LSAT Registration) the following 4 conditions must be present:
- Be a VIP Student: Student must be enrolled in a Live Course, and the corresponding order confirmation must show a line item for the use of a Coupon with "VIP" and "Score Guarantee" in the description.
- Do the Work and Follow the Advice: Student must complete all of the "Assigned Work" (as defined below) and conform to the "Exam Advice" (as defined below).
- Fail to get a 160: After enrolling in the Live Course, Student must fail to achieve an "LSAT Score" of at least 160. An "LSAT Score" is defined as either the score reported by LawHub in relation to a PrepTest taken by the student in Exam Mode, or the official score released to the student by LSAC in relation to an official exam administration.
- Fail to Increase your Score by 10 Points: After enrolling in the Live Course, Student must fail to achieve an LSAT Score (as defined above) that constitutes at least a 10 point increase from Student's "Baseline LSAT Score." The "Baseline LSAT Score" is defined as the lower of (1) the Student's most recent PrepTest score taken in Exam Mode on LawHub before the Live Course "Start Date" (as defined below) and (2) the Student's most recent official score released by LSAC before the Live Course Start Date, as long as such official score was released within 60 days of the Start Date. The Live Course "Start Date" is defined as the calendar date of the first Live Session that is conducted as part of the Live Course.
In order to actually increase your LSAT score, it is essential that you put in the work. If you really commit to our program and teachings by following through with both the quantity and the quality of work required, we are 100% confident that you will see results. That is why we can afford to offer this Score Guarantee. To qualify, you'll need to commit to the following:
"Assigned Work":
- Attend the Sessions: Student must be "present" for at least 13 of the 15 Live Sessions. Being "present" is defined as having the Student's camara turned on for at least 90% of the duration of the Live Session, and unmuting the Student's microphone to participate and speak at least 10 times. Additionally, Student must watch the entire recording for any Live Session that they do not attend within 7 days of the day the session was uploaded.
- Complete the Assignments: For assignments posted during the 8 main weeks of the Live Course, Student must "complete" each assignment within 14 calendar days of being posted. "Completing" an assignment is defined as spending a reasonable amount of time to answer every question that is assigned (if applicable), and spending a reasonable amount of time to review the concepts, identify mistakes, and take personal notes on those concepts and mistakes.
- Attend your Weekly 1:1 Check-Ins: Student must attend and be "present" for a 15-minute 1:1 Check-In with the Instructor once a week, every calendar week before the date of the Student's registered exam. As part of the 1:1 Check-In, Student must submit a Weekly Log of the work they completed towards their LSAT prep. The Weekly Log must conform to the template provided to the Student at the start of the Live Course.
- Take advantage of your personalized help: Student must "complete" the customized work that is assigned to the Student by the Instructor after each Weekly 1:1 Check-In.
"Exam Advice":
- How fast each student can make progress entirely depends on that student, their personal weaknesses, strengths, propensity to be nervous on exams, tendency to not break bad-habits, etc. Therefore, it is essential that you actually listen to the personalized advice that we provide you. It is meant to help you. Trust us, we want you to achieve your dream results as much as you do (hence why we are providing this Guarantee)! The Instructor assesses how much progress you are making week to week, and will therefore be in a better position to make recommendations on whether you are ready for the exam or need to push it back. All of this is to achieve the highest possible score for you.
- To qualify for the VIP Score Guarantee, Student must register for and take the official LSAT during the exam administration that is personally recommended by the Instructor.
- What does this mean? If you already registered for an LSAT exam administration before enrolling in the Live Course, then you should only sit for that exam administration if the Instructor approves of that decision prior to the date of the exam. If the Instructor thinks you are not ready yet, then you will need to continue working with the Instructor, attending your Weekly Check-Ins, and completing the work assigned until the Instructor gives you the green light to register for and sit for an exam. If you take the official LSAT without the Instructor's approval, then you may not seek a refund under the VIP Score Guarantee on the basis of the resulting score.
- In the (extremely unlikely) event that you complete all of the "Assigned Work" for an entire year, but you never take the official LSAT that year as a result of the Instructor never giving you the required approval, then you will be deemed to satisfy the requirements of this section. In other words, the lack of approval to take the exam will not be an obstacle towards you getting your money back as part of this Score Guarantee (however, the other conditions must still be satisfied).
Written Request:
- To receive your refund pursuant to this Guarantee, you must send your written request to [email protected] and include evidence of the following: your Baseline LSAT Score, your Official Candidate LSAT Score Reports (provided by LSAC), all of your Weekly Logs, copies of your personal notes taken during your enrollment in the Live Course and subsequent work assigned as a result of your Weekly Check-Ins, and any other evidence you find relevant to show that you did the Assigned Work and listened to the Exam Advice.
Limitations
• Each individual is eligible for a lifetime maximum of 1 refund. You may not register multiple times under different aliases with the intent to circumvent this limitation. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we, in our sole discretion, suspect any foul play.
• The refund eligibilities described above apply only to the LSAT made simple Live Course. For refunds on LawHub Advantage Subscriptions, see that policy here.
Late or Missing Refunds
